Terms of Sale
All items are guaranteed as described. Items which are found to have significant faults which have not been noted in our catalogue description may be returned and a full refund will be issued. If the item(s) is to be returned, notification of intent to return must be sent to us within 14 days of receipt of the item. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item(s).
All items are securely packed and shipped via Australia Post. Extra charges may be incurred according to the weight, size and insurance and any other postal services requested.
Billing and Payment
All items are subject to prior sale. All items are priced in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. We accept payment by direct bank deposit, credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), cheques, cash and PayPal. Libraries and institutions will be billed to meet their requirements. All items remain the property of Muir Books until paid in full.
A minimum deposit of 20% is required with regular payments to be completed and paid in full within three months. Should no payment be received during this period, the item(s) will be returned to stock.
