A pencilled inscription shows that it was presented to the owner by Rosemary Foulkes-Taylor, and makes reference to the photograph in the book of Lieutenant Charles Foulkes-Taylor (preseumed to be a relative), who led the scout troop on the "Great Ride". Near-fine condition in like d.j.
