Stunningly illustrated study of silks and garments created and woven for members of the Ottoman imperial family. The garments were chosen from the collection of the Topkapi Palace Museum, with an emphasis on the decorated silk kaftans worn by the sultans, and the richly cosmopolitan nature of the Ottoman court.
