Startling Stories was an American pulp science fiction magazine, published from 1939 to 1955 by publisher Ned Pines' Standard Magazines. There was a British reprint edition from Pembertons between 1949 and 1954. This edition was printed for distribrution in Australia, with a printed Australian price. In this edition there is a complete novel, "Asylum Earth", by Bruce Elliott and a novelet, "The Guided Man", by L. Sprague de Camp. Item #105869
