An early translation of religious meditations by Baha'u'llah, the founder of the Baha'i faith. Shoghi Effendi was Baha'u'llah's great-grandson and was appointed the first Guardian of thhe Baha'i faith. He translated imprtant Baha'i texts such as this work, which was published the year after he launched a seven-year plan for the Baha'ís of North America, as part of his plan for the expansion of the faith.
