Western Australia was the last of the Australian colonies to receive transported convicts. Genealogical researchers Lorraine Clarke and Cherie Strickland from Swan Genealogy explored the State Archives Collection, WA's largest archival collection, and found late nineteenth and early twentieth century photographs of these last convicts. There is a page entry for each man photographed, and a short biography is included. These entries also summarise the information in the registers about the crimes committed by the convicts.
