Norseman is a town located in the Goldfields-Esperance region of Western Australia along the Coolgardie-Esperance Highway. Initially a mining camp, it gained prominence after gold was discovered in the area in 1892, and was known as the Dundas Field. The townsite was surveyed in March and April 1895. Item #105465
