Royal octavo, text in Italian, pp.(vii), 259, (i), (ii), text printed in double columns with wood engravings, ornamental initials and head pieces, light foxing to four pages, some minor repairs to top of last three leaves with very little loss of text. Bound in vellum with some minor damage to gilt titled spine, marbled end-papers, previous owner's book-plate. Contents clean. Very good condition.
