Recased and restored with new cloth spine and leather title label, gilt lettered, new endpapers, pp xlviii, 641. Small closed tears top edge of several pages of the introduction. Presentation inscription dated 1858 and signed, states "edited by the above" (not Bulwer). Corners bumped and rubbed. Very good condition. Item #100111
