Travels in Australia, New Zealand and elsewhere by William Austin Horn (1841-1922), mining magnate, pastoralist and politician who in 1894 organized and equipped the Horn Scientific Expedition to Central Australia led by surveyor C.A. Winnecke and included Professor Baldwin Spencer whom he mentions (p.59). Includes large chapter on Australia (pp.49-147) with many photographs of Aborigines, camels, Ayres Rock, etc. Uncommon.
